About myself
I now work full time managing my real estate investments. In 2014 I 'retired' as a licensed healthcare therapist in order to work for myself. When the stock market plunged in 2007 i decided to diversify my portfolio and aggressively invest in rentals. By 2011 I bought a waterfront REO as a primary, 2 duplexes and a property w/ 4 dilapidated cottages that i totally rehabed. I really like investing in RE.
