Hi I'm Josh Bacon and thanks for visiting my profile. If you don’t know me already you will soon enough, I am an outgoing, fun, energetic guy, I started my entrepreneurial journey in the Transportation & Logistics industry and got burned out decided to go back to my roots if you will. I subscribe to the keep it simple stupid model and bring that same philosophy to my real estate investing. As a young kid my grandfather owned a handful of rentals and employed me as property management; you know the cheap kind a 10+ year old can provide. Nothing special but doing thing like: collecting trash, sweeping sidewalks, and the dreaded mowing lawns or shoveling snow, and occasionally walking around with him to collect rent to get a couple bucks for the ice cream man. I loved it even though I believe he may have been breaking child labor laws I had a hell of a time :) Nonetheless one thing my grand-pop always had was cash and when I would ask why or for some of that cash, he bludgeoned me to death “when you make a little money, by some property then buy some more!” So now that’s what I do full time, I’ve been flipping properties in South Eastern PA since 2015 and looking to keep a handful each year to build my rental portfolio. I look forward to meeting you to talk shop, partner on deals, or just say hello. When I am not assisting clients or spending time with family and friends, you can catch me watching FSU football, the Eagles, the Phillies, Riding my bike, or attempting to work on my golf game.
