I'm a Full-Time investor.. Experience: I've closed 30 wholesale deals and completed 5 flips with a few rentals in my portfolio. As of March 2018, we have new flip under construction. I'm in the process of building a wholesale partnership business that takes advantage of my experience in advertising. Currently, I have 2 partners who wholesale deals in the Chicago and South Bend, IN markets. I spend around $2,000 - $3,000 per month in marketing and have a full-time virtual assistant.
