Hello All, I am a real estate investor in the DMV and Jacksonville, FL markets. Personally, I am looking for a house hack for small multi family (4 units or less preferred) to SFH anywhere between DC and Baltimore, MD. I am open to new construction as well. Professionally, I am working to building my portfolio of buy and hold properties through the BRRR strategy. I am currently focused in Baltimore but will work between Baltimore and DC. I am also open to JV projects.
