Hi everyone! I recently moved to the Houston, TX area and started working full time as a chemical engineer in oil & gas. I've been reading a lot of BP books, listening to podcasts, and taking notes so that once I save enough capital I can begin investing in SF rental deals. My plan is to start out with house hacking in the Houston area and gain the experience and knowledge necessary to expand. From there, I want to keep buying and holding a few more SF homes and eventually move into multifamily. My ultimate goal is to be financially free so I can have more time to make an impact on the world and do more of the things that truly satisfy me. I love what the BP community is doing and would love to connect with people and help out in whatever way I can!
