I'm a buy & hold investor from Chicago. I still consider myself 'new' to Real Estate since I've only been in the business since late 2018. In this timeframe I've acquired 3 properties: a SFH, a 2-flat and a 3-flat. My plan is to grow my portfolio in the upcoming years. I have a full time job and so Real Estate is my side gig (for now). However, I've come to love Real Estate and everything it conveys. It's an exhilarating ride and I plan to be here for the long run.
