Here to absorb info like a sponge. I live in So Cal but I'm interested in investing further inland, a lot further.. Besides learning, I'm also hoping to establish some out of state contacts that can advise me on their local markets. Kansas City, St. Louis, Indy, Cleveland, you get the point, BIG cities without big city prices. 1- 4 unit, seller financed, sub $100k properties would be ideal.
