Juan McLemore

Juan is Managing Partner at Fifth Capital Group. He began in the real estate industry in 2003 by investing in single family homes using the buy/hold strategy to generate cash flow and buy properties at the right price for long term appreciation. His background includes property acquisitions and property management. Fifth Capital Group investment strategy is to target value-added Class B to C multifamily i.e. low-hanging fruit opportunities where: -Unsophisticated operator lacks an institutional approach. -Mismatch between the owner and property manager. -Right Timing Right Opportunity acquisitions that fit our investment strategy. Juan received his degree in Organizational Management from John Brown University in Siloam Springs Arkansas. He received his Master's Degree in Business Administration from Shorter University in Rome, GA. He continues to pursue education from real estate professionals and the top performers in the real estate industry.
