I'm interested in providing generational wealth for my children and grandchildren and so on. I know that real estate is the beginning of having the ability to do this. I'm eager to learn all aspects of investing and looking for a mentor that is willing to teach me to avoid the pitfalls that most rookies make. Experience: I have an uncanny ability to locate deals and see the potential in growing pockets that eventually have become gentrification areas. I have flipped one property thus far and have managed multifamily units as well. Real Estate Goals: I figured out my "Why". My goals are to be successful so that I can teach others to be successful. I want to be able to provide jobs in the community and transform communities through the rehab projects we complete. I want to show young people you can have the nicer things in life with the right work ethic. I grew up idolizing the wrong people and see so many young men doing the same and I want to change the cycle. I want to utilize my business as a catalyst to impact the lives of impoverished citizens for the greater. I want my children to know that even if you make money that you can change the world one moment at a time. Currently Seeking: Looking for people who are actually successful and aren't pretending to be and can be of real value and potentially assets as well as be an asset for them.
