Later, I flipped the house while living in it for over 10 years, doing everything myself, including leveling the pier and beam foundation. After moving to Florida with the profits from my first home sale, I became a licensed Realtor, driven by my passion for buy and hold investing. I've since purchased a duplex and converted two of my previous primary residences into a cash-flowing rental property.
