Started our investment business in 2017, with lots of networking and studying. We've completed and sold lots of flips, subject to , and owner finance deals, plus added more buy and hold properties to our investment portfolio. Real Estate Goals: Our 2020 goals include 36 flips, plus 36 doors in buy and hold properties. Currently Seeking: We're currently seeking distressed properties to flip, private investors to partner with us, and multi family properties.
