Hi my name is Julece and I have been in the real estate arena my whole professional career. I started out personally in multifamily. Experience: My very first deal was a townhouse that I kept as a rental. I did a true no money down deal. I used hard money and got the rehab costs rolled into the loan. Real Estate Goals: I am now looking to purchase distressed or "value add" multifamily above 20 units nation-wide and high value commercial retail. I also put together syndications for investors who are looking for strong, consistent returns. Currently Seeking: Private lenders and institutional investors for multifamily development deals.
