Aircraft Structural Engineer/ Part Time Real Estate/Notes Investor Experience: Over the last four years I have been involved in around 40 real estate deals. Most have been private lending, where I lend money from my self directed IRA. I've also been involved in a few joint ventures where I have provided the funding and the partner has done all of the work. I have done some development deals, Non Performing Notes, Tax Certificates, buy and holds (I currently have 3 rentals) but the majority of the deals have been fix and flips. My strategy is to be completely passive, so finding the right partners/clients is the key to success. Real Estate Goals: Network and find as many opportunities to put my funds to use by filtering out the good from the bad. Currently Seeking: Joint Venture and Lending Opportunities
