I hold Intuit's QuickBooks Online Certification Level 2 and the Payroll certification, and I spent 20 years in accounting before this. Before REVI, 6 years at a public accounting firm and then corporate financial reporting, finishing as a lead manager over actuarial accounting and reporting. I started REVI because investor books don't behave like a normal business's books. Rehab costs sitting in inventory until a property sells. Capitalize or expense on a roof. Mortgage interest split across properties. That's the part of the work I like. Based in Charlotte, working with investors anywhere, since all of it runs online.
