My team currently owns and manages rental property in San Francisco's East Bay Area and in Sacramento, CA. I have had experience as a partner in 2 flip properties in Texas and Georgia. With the changing real estate market, my team and I have found that flipping properties has become a huge risk that we do not want to take on. I have changed my focus toward learning and pursuing OOS single family rental properties. I am fascinated with personal finance, and I am constantly looking for new efficient ways to spend frugally, save wisely, and invest keenly. My goal for 2020 is to purchase my first out-of-state turnkey property in the the Midwestern US by June of 2020. I am currently seeking to network with other OOS investors and investor-friendly real estate agents.
