I spent most of my career working at various hedge funds/banking, specializing in distressed debt/debt restructuring. In 2017, I became passionate about real estate which led me to leaving my job to do real estate full-time. I started SunSail Capital to focus on multifamily investing with the goal of buying 100+ unit apartment complexes and am a general partner on several deals. My core skillset is Acquisitions and Asset Management. I am looking for partners who can bring capital.
