Julie Marquez

My husband and I are real estate investors and we own and manage our portfolio of 23 apartments and rental houses in Skagit County. We are currently expending by building two more units - a new build duplex. We are looking to buy a local 10-plex, fix and flip opportunities, and any off market deals. With a background in commercial construction management and degree from UW in that field, I also work in residential construction estimating for a custom homebuilder. I am a licensed real estate broker and love to help investors. With my carpenter husband, we are always looking for good flip deals and spend a lot of time at our rentals and streamlining our property management systems. I love all things real estate, and my goal is to teach others about responsible home ownership, good investment strategies, and streamlined passive real estate income. Besides real estate, my husband and I love being active and CrossFit, and we spend most of our time chasing around and cleaning up after our two young kids.
