Real estate investor full time. Real estate broker, working in land development also. My current focus is to build a robust SFH rehabbing and wholesaling business. The goal is a streamlined business that operates like a McDonalds. Ok, one can dream. But, we ARE very focused on installing great systems, using all sorts of technology and a commitment to a "systems" approach. Actively seeking multi-family properties. My former career was a remodeling and building contractor, including in-depth green building. I have also taught at the University level. A fun course called Sophie the Riveter to teach college women some construction "how-to". Plus other courses: green building, code compliance, high-wind, etc to building pros.
