New to real estate investing in the US. I'm originally from France and relocated to Colorado in 2018 (from Hawaii). I have a couple of rentals in France (near Bordeaux, in Bassin d'Arcachon) that I share with my sister (through an LLC) My goal, for now, is to acquire 3 or 4 single family rentals that would generate a good cash flow and appreciate steadily.
