I live in Napa in Northern California; formerly from Sacramento, CA. Started investing at the beginning of the previous recession, which led to great investing opportunities. After buying single family rentals, I started investing in mobile home parks with a partner, and am most interested in this asset class. I also have invested in some syndications.
