Julie’s strengths lie in acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, strategic planning, buildout management, budget oversight, and timeline execution. She combines thorough research, trusted resources, and an extensive professional network to equip her clients with the most accurate market insights and financial data available. Having worked with buyers, sellers, and seasoned investors alike, Julie understands that in real estate, *time is money*. She brings a disciplined, results-driven approach to every transaction. With a strong track record in leasing and property management, she excels at creating comprehensive, data-rich market analyses tailored to her clients’ investment goals. Julie holds a degree in Broadcast Journalism and Marketing from South Dakota State University (Go Jacks!). Her career in commercial real estate began in 2009, managing a 300,000 sq. ft. shopping center. By presenting strategic market insights at ReCon in Las Vegas, she led the property from high post-recession vacancy to 91% occupancy in just three years. From 2016 to 2022, Julie served as the Director of Watertown’s Destination Marketing Organization, sharpening her skills in data-driven marketing and expanding her professional network. She earned her Real Estate License in 2022 and quickly advanced to Director of Commercial Leasing at CCRE, managing short-term rental portfolios for investor groups. In 2024, she became a licensed Broker and joined SoDak Realty in 2025. Julie is passionate about giving back to both her community and the industry. She currently serves on the Board of the Northeast South Dakota Association of Realtors, the South Dakota Real Estate Association, and is active on both the education and government affairs committees. When she’s not helping clients achieve their real estate goals, Julie enjoys spending time with her beloved granddaughters, who she happily spoils every chance she gets.
