I am from the Seattle area but have been living overseas for the last 15 years. My background initially was in construction and real estate working in the area of finance and administration. Since 2000, I have been working in International development and humanitarian work. I am now planning for my early retirement within 5 years, moving back to the Seattle area and Jamaica. A key component of my early retirement is to build a real estate portfolio and related cash flow to secure a comfortable retirement.
