I am a medical professional with 20 years experience. I realized a few years ago I had reached my maximum salary and job potential in my profession. This realization set off an intense journey of education through audible books, Bigger Pockets forums and webinars with Brandon Turner. I had always wanted to run my own business and had been obsessed with real estate my entire life. Four months later in August of 2018 I formed Evolving properties. I have since invested in seven successful flips, two BRRR investments, and two airbnb's. I have become a real estate salesperson in both Connecticut and Massachusetts. I continue to work full time in medicine while pursuing my real estate goals. I read daily, listen to podcasts, participate in webinars and have begun perusing the forums. Once I have more experience and success I would like to begin giving back to people with the lessons I am learning along the way. My nature is to help people and this would be an extension of what I already naturally do.
