Julie Yarnall

I’m a real estate investor, licensed broker, and co-founder of The Jay Group in Portland, Oregon, RenovateHER Homes, LLC and Women Real Estate Investors of Oregon (WREIO). I specialize in helping investors identify profitable opportunities, structure creative deals, and build long-term wealth through real estate. I’m actively involved in fix-and-flip projects through my renovation company, RenovateHer Homes, where I manage everything from acquisition to design, construction, and resale. Because I work in the trenches every day, I bring real-world experience, clear numbers, and practical guidance to every investor conversation. I also co-founded Women Real Estate Investors of Oregon (WREIO), a fast-growing community dedicated to financial education, connection, and generational wealth. Teaching, empowering others, and creating pathways for women to invest confidently is a big part of my mission. Before real estate, I spent over a decade in business operations and leadership after earning my MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. Those skills—project management, negotiation, budgeting, and high-level strategic planning—now serve my clients and partners on every transaction. Outside of work, you’ll find me volunteering with the Tualatin Rotary Club, hiking around the Pacific Northwest, or renovating homes with my team. I love what I do, and I love helping people change their lives through real estate.
