Changing my family tree became very important for me and working a 9-5 job doesn’t seem to be the answer at least in my eyes. I made a decision to want to better myself and my family’s financial situation that’s why I’m looking to invest. MF ( Commercial / Residential ) is where my focus is. Long term I would like 10-30 unit apartment complex to buy and hold for cash-flow. That’s not to say that it’s deal come across ei: a rehab property to flip that I’d turn my back on it. As far as markets in concerned I am really interested in Pennsylvania, Allentown and Bethlehem specifically. I look forward to hearing and working with the BP Community.
