Commercial real estate professional. I own two properties in Waterbury, CT and one in Stamford, CT. I'm currently working through my first new construction project in Waterbury (building 2 SFRs). I'm an active fix-and-flip investor and I'm constantly looking to purchase more distressed properties in the CT (mostly Waterbury area). I'm also actively looking to purchase small multi-families (2-4) to hold as rentals and small commercial zoned land. My ultimate goal is to acquire 5-10 properties per year and build a portfolio of cash flowing properties until I can replace my W2 income.
