Scott Justason

I am a city facilities manager and have worked as a HVAC technician on commercial properties all my life. I have the greatest family a guy could ask for with 6 kids and a loving hard working wife. I enjoy the rural Iowa family life, carting the kids to thier music studies all over the place and Linda and I are band boosters in our school community. We all love the outdoors and camping, fishing and each other. I feel I have alot to offer to any one willing to assist my getting started. I know houses and structures, plumbing electrical HVAC and just about all phases in between. I 've negotiated construction contracts, am heavily involved in developing processes and procedures in construction scope and managing projects.
