Justin Sullivan

I learned about investing at a young age working for my uncle at his rental properties. That knowledge of knowing he owned rentals stuck in my brain until I eventually purchased some myself. I started my investment career as a contractor and ran a contracting company for several years. I now have switched over to the agent side of things all while continuing to flip and collect rentals along the way. I can help other investors with questions about renovation budgets along and other things pertaining to a renovation while assisting with a home purchase. I also work very closely with several mortgage brokers to help the mortgage approval process go much smoother.
