I have been out for a while and am looking forward to rejoining this amazing community of like minded great people! I am originally from San Diego and it was there that I got my first taste of this industry working for a small sub-prime broker in 2003. Basically I was a glorified telemarketer but I learned a ton about the industry (especially what not to do) and have used that experience to drive my expertise in lending. I spent the last 10 years on beautiful Coeur d alene, ID but decided I was ready to rejoin the big city life and now live in Denver, CO. I asked around a few agents I knew fro their recommendation of the best lender around and many pointed to Fairway. So I joined Fairway IMC in April of this year and absolutely love it! The tools and technology our amazing! I am looking forward to networking with some local people on BP but also I am ready to jump back in to my own investing and cant wait to learn some of the great new techniques out there!
