I am a Army Veteran, Retired Firefighter, real estate investor, and most proudly, a Family man. Real estate has allowed me to "retire" at the age of 39 so I can focus on family, doing what I love, and dedicate more time to passive RE investments. I fix and flip locally when the opportunity arises, but my concentration is out of state rentals. My portfolio is spread throughout various states in the U.S. targeting cash flow, appreciation, or a blend of both. Experience: My real estate experience ranges from single family dwellings to small/medium sized apartment buildings. I currently focus on properties that are operating, but have opportunity for value add through renovation and management principles. Real Estate Goals: Achieve maximum passive income and enjoy the journey. Objectively my goal is to increase my portfolio by a minimum of one multifamily property each year. Each door will be cash flowing by a minimum net of 200 dollars a month, and in an area with high probability of appreciation. Currently Seeking: Statewide (CA) - Undervalued or value add Single, and Multi Family dwellings in Marin County. Nationwide - 20 unit +, Minimum 4 units per building, value add properties with a minimum 5 cap currently stabilized (with an additional value add component) in areas that have a high opportunity of appreciation and demand.
