I built my practice focusing on foreclosure during the market downturn & helped hundreds of families resolve their foreclosure on their terms. This foreclosure experience organically led to facilitating short sales. From there, past clients entrusted me to handle their real estate closings, which revealed my love for real estate. As a licensed title insurance agent I am familiar with the hurdles to buying & selling real propert. To ensure title is free & clear, I work alongside HOAs, lenders, banks & municipalities. I collaborate with buyers/sellers & their Realtors to facilitate a smooth closing via advising during attorney review, negotiation of repairs, preparing closing statements & finalizing the sale. Additionally, I can process 1031 exchanges, land contracts & sheriff sales, handle landlord/tenant disputes, and provide litigation for civil cases; making my service applicable to local Realtors and property owners & investors.
