Former financial consultant with a background in management analysis. I currently own and operate a construction company. I've started a new business this year and plan to flip and also hold real estate. I also hope to be fully developing properties within 5 years. I have been bidding on properties but I have yet to win a bid on an investment. I'm hoping the BP community can help me become a better, smarter investor. I also hope to connect with other members who have a lot of knowledge regarding hard money. Experience: My real estate experience began back in 2006 when I purchased my first commercial property which I operated as a bar. An incredible learning experience. I have since sold that business/property. I also did some moonlighting selling mortgages 2005-2008. Currently, I own my primary residence and I'm planning to increase the real estate holding in my portfolio. Real Estate Goals: To get motivated and get going!! Begin wholesaling in 2019. Invest in a BRRR project. Flip a house before the end of 2019. 50 rental units within 5 years....is this feasible? Currently Seeking: Looking for hard money lenders and other nonconforming lenders working in the adirondack and mid Hudson valley regions of NY. Also looking for any advice/help in the realm of rental acquisition and also fix and flip.
