I am both a CPA and real estate investor. I began investing in 2010 and recently increased my residential multi-unit portfolio. I've been involved in accounting for rwelve years now and have been working with real estate investors for a significant amount of that time. I generally work with small to medium sized businesses who require everything from bookkeeping services to tax preparation and planning services. My real estate investment clients range from individuals owning a single multi-unit to entities that own or manage hundreds of units.
