Currently I work as a public servant in Thurston County, Washington State. I have a 1-year old daughter that has given me desire to invest in real estate with the hopes of creating a passive income so I can be home with my family as much as possible. Experience: New to real estate investing. Currently own my own SFR and I have recently partnered with a couple of other real estate investors to close on a local storage unit facility in Lewis County, Washington.
