I am a new investor looking to buy my first rental property this year. The past year I have been learning as much as I can about real estate by reading books such as BRRR, short term rental, real estate by the numbers, and others. I enjoy listening to the bigger pockets podcast and going to visit properties. I believe I am creative in approaching different ways of analyzing a property and ways to mitigate risk. I have found a property [SF] that I believe would be a good investment and am looking for potential real estate partners who would like to invest with me. A little more about me: I am a proud husband and father of a 2 year old son. I enjoy going for walks with my family, running, and sleeping when I can. The struggles of a new parent. I am an optical engineer and enjoy the projects I work on. I am getting into real estate investing because I want to create a more stable lifestyle for my family and use it as a tool for my family on education on personal finance.
