I love people!! I enjoy how some people are positive and some are negative. I tend to be positive 80% of the time. Being raised with the idea to enjoy life daily was instilled in me as a young child by my father. As an adult, I tend to remember this daily. It's a challenge to stay positive all the time, but not impossible. This positive way of thinking along with a passion for real estate allowed us to purchase rentals. My experience after college has been in Construction Management and/or Sales. Along the side lines of a day job we bought rentals. We started with nearly $6,000 and then became creative in raising capital. After buying our first rental back in 2009, I learned that it takes more than money to invest, it takes guts and passion. If you have a passion for something you can be unstoppable! Currently we own a Property Management business named G & G Asset Group, a construction business which is trying to take off the ground name G & G Property Preservation and a flipping operation which flips homes between Bakersfield and Fresno, CA.
