Brand new to real estate investing I have a big goal of retiring and being able to spend quality time with my family in the next 8 years (by the time I'm 40). I'm focused on making long term passive income. I strongly believe that failure is not an option and that we can all do anything we put our minds to. I currently have one rental property with 20 door goal. I do hold a valid Florida Real Estate license.
