Been riding the roller coaster of Real Estate investing for almost 10 years looking for the dream life of becoming financially independent. I became a real estate agent in 2012 to earn the time of a successful RE investor and experienced the power of mentorship first hand. That key relationship led me to flip my first house in 2013, buy a 5 plex in 2014, and as I outgrew his ambition, that is when I found BP. Listening to other peoples stories of success inspired me to continue to push forward and my wife and I ending up flipping our 2nd house in 2016. Now is when life got interesting...in 2017 I became friends with a fellow investor from my area and together we aimed to flip 12 houses that year...we ended up doing over 40. Fast forward 3 years to 2021, we've done over 100 flips/wholesales, purchased over 32 units that range from SFR, to multi family, STR's and motels. I say all this to make this simple point: success is ALL about who you know and who you take advice from. I am nothing special, and by no means even close to where I want to be, and I know what its like to spend years reading books and listening to podcasts and wondering if I can make something happen. The difference maker was when I sought out people further down the road and got them to take me under their wing. We are continually seeking out more successful individuals and aim to pass on everything we have learned throughout this journey!
