I live in Destin Florida and within the past year have bought two single family homes in the surrounding area as investment properties. I am still in the military so I can't do it full time yet but I love the idea of getting away from trading time for money because I deploy so often. This led me to take advantage of my personal friends who happen to be realtors and subcontractors and and start investing with there help. Every day I am looking for the next deal and love real estate investing and will talk about with anyone I meet.
