Hi, my name is Justin Miest I am 23 years old and looking to get into Real estate to build wealth long term. I am working on building my "financial runway" as Scott Trench recommends in his book. In the next 1-2 years I am hoping to buy a 3-4 Plex multi-family unit and house hack by living in on of the units. After this I hope to keep house hacking and investing in real estate until I am financially independent. My biggest passion in life currently is racing motorcycles with real estate quickly growing behind that. When I become financially independent I plan to travel around the US in an RV to see all the sights and ride/race at every major track in the country with my amazing girlfriend. I plan to keep reading as many books and articles as possible and finish listening to all of the BP podcasts at least once!
