I’m the founder of Maryland Cash Home Buyers (MCHB), a Maryland-based residential real estate investment firm focused on solving complex and time-sensitive property situations through transparent, data-driven solutions. Our firm operates statewide across Maryland, with a concentration in markets such as Frederick, Montgomery, Howard, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, and Prince George’s Counties.
