We purchased 5 properties in 2017. 2 were kept as rentals, 1 was a trash out and flip, 2 were full rehabs. We have 3 doors at the moment. Currently we are getting a residential assisted living facility up and running. I am always looking for my next deal. I have enjoyed Cozy.co for tenant screening and rent collection. I have done flips, land splits, and new construction in the past.
