I am a 24 year old salsa/bachata dancing, powerlifting, audible binging, senior private equity real estate accountant with a cash flowing two family aspiring to add tremendous value to the Northern NJ market by leveraging ambitious college students' innovative spirit, an diverse honest cohort of contractors, and a community of investors.
