About myself
Hi there- I moved to the Bay area around 6 years ago from Myrtle Beach, SC. I work as a pretty high income earner in a sales role for my 9-5 but have my sights on retirement by 40. My wife and I are on our 2nd "house hack" in the growing Seminole Heights area and own a total of 5 units that has already allowed my wife to retire to take care of our baby. I am currently raising private equity to move on larger assets. If you would like to be a co-investor or have experience in multifamily, I'd love to connect.
