I am the CEO & Co-Founder of Above PAR Capital. A Nationwide Lender specializing in Residential 1-4 Unit Investment properties. Our products include DSCR, Fix & Flip, Ground-Up Construction, & Bridge Loans. I am also a Real Estate Investor with multiple active fix & flip projects in Hawaii, and looking to continue building a Rental Portfolio in the near future!
