I'm from the Quad Cities and invest in both Illinois and Iowa. Thus far I own 3 SFH rentals and have flipped 3 homes. My long-term goal is to generate enough passive income from rentals to achieve financial freedom. I'm currently transitioning into commercial and multi-family investing with a focus on self-storage and contractor units.
