Hello my name is Justin Vasquez and i'm an a start up real-estate investor/active duty Sailor. I used my VA home loan to get my first condo in Kapoeli Hawaii, and am actively pursuing a second third and fourth investment property. I learn incredibly fast, even faster if I learn by doing. Experience: I bought my first property two years after moving to Hawaii using the Va home loan and have house hacked for the better part of three years now. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to achieve wealth and financial freedom for me and my family. I aim to use real-estate as the tool to achieve success. I will specialize in flipping homes in the Oahu area and seek to make 30k-50k on each deal or 25 percent, whichever is higher. I plan to flip two homes in the next two years.
