Started investing in 2003. Did very well up until you know when (2007/08)... when the market crashed. However I was able to hold on to a couple of my properties which allowed me to eventually resign from my job in 2013. The crash burned me out for while but now i'm back at it! Experience: Single family home, 2 flats, Commercial, Multi-units. Real Estate Goals: To the next level.... the 7 figure plus level. Currently Seeking: -Financing on good deal -Real Esate Agents, Attorneys and Closing companies that understand creative investing -Accountants are other solid Real Estate professionals that can provide sound advice.
