I'm a husband and father of three, working to build a collection of properties. I landed my first deal in the summer of 2018-- a vacant home in Bakersfield that I bought low and rehabbed, and which has had tenants since January 2019. It was awesome! In 2022 I leveraged a partnership to co-purchase a home in Prescott, AZ, and in 2023 my wife and I bought out our partners, after having partitioned 1/3 of the home for short term rentals. We live in the other 2/3, so we're officially House Hacking. I am still pursuing leads in Bakersfield, and of course, here in Yavapai county as well. Hablo Español.
