Engineer by trade. Been investing and managing single family property for 12 years. I'm still relatively small investor but not exactly new to real estate investment. I look for properties that fit the 1% rule and have at least 10% cash on cash returns. I'm a patience and conservative investor. For me its not about timing the market but time in the market. I wait for the perfect opportunity and don't hesitate when I find it. Would like to get to expand into more multi-units but stay in the Duplex, Triplex, and Quads area at this point.
